Our Fall Mahjong League is here! Join us for five Sundays of Mahjong, friendly competition, and plenty of opportunities to meet new players and grow your Mahjong circle.
Each week, players will earn points toward the overall league standings while enjoying wine, popcorn, and weekly prizes. At the end of the season, our Fall League Champion will take home a brand-new Mahjong tile set!
Can’t make one of the sessions? No problem. You may send someone to play in your place, and any wins they earn will count toward your overall league total.
Love playing with blanks? Throw them in! Blanks are optional, so the choice is yours.
You don’t have to be a seasoned player to join us. Our league is welcoming and social, and many of our players are newer to the game. Players should have a basic understanding of American Mahjong, as beginner instruction is not included.
League Dates:
September 13, September 20, September 27, October 4 & October 11
Arrival: 1:30 PM
League Play: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Cost: $130 for the full 5-week league
Skill Level: Basic understanding of American Mahjong required
Tiles, mats, NMJL cards, and all other game materials will be provided.

Guided Play is exactly what you need after a beginner class to reinforce the basics of reading and building hands. The low-stress, supportive environment makes learning both fun and enjoyable. Cassie is a fantastic instructor—her Mahjong Zen is truly contagious! I’ve already signed up for another Guided Play session with her and hope to join Open Play soon.
