We’re thrilled to announce we are hosting a Holiday Mahjong League! Join us each Sunday for 4 weeks, starting Sunday, December 7th. Enjoy the game of Mahjong, earn merit stickers and meet new Mahjong friends! Did we mention there will be popcorn, wine and PRIZES?!
Players will earn points over the course of the league and some fun prizes! If you are unable to make it to a session you can send someone in your place and any mahjong wins go toward your overall wins.
Love to play with blanks?! Throw them in! The choice is yours!
No need to be a pro — many of our guests are beginners, and we are welcoming.
Don’t know how to play yet? We’ve got a Beginner Workshop just for you right before the start of the league!

Time: 2pm - 4:30pm
💲Cost: $90 for the full 4-week session
🀄️Skill Level: Players must have a basic understanding of American Mahjong – beginner instruction is not included.
🧰 All materials provided: tiles, mats, NMJL cards, etc.

Truly enjoyed my “Beginners Workshop” the two instructors were very experienced and gave us great support as well as encouragement. Fun evening I was overwhelmed with the amount of rules and instruction. I probably will need to return for another “Beginners class” in order to feel more confident to play with experienced players.
